What A$500 buys: one paid consult (~90 min) and a written workflow plan for one corner of your work (current map, bottlenecks named, automate vs keep manual, tool notes, prioritised next steps with rough time and cost notes), delivered about five business days after the call. Packs and hands-on install are separate.
Your A$500 plan includes follow-up rules and message drafts you can use yourself. Packs provide extra materials (for example a filled board you apply). Hands-on setup is quoted separately.
Fictional worked example (not a real client)
A customer asked to revisit the quote next month. Decision: skip the standard day-3 / day-7 reminders, assign an owner, and set next contact for the agreed date. Stop chasing declined quotes. Flag technical questions for the plumber before anything goes out.
