Simple ground rules for using this site, booking a consultation, or buying a guide when checkout is live.

The studio

Petrichor provides boutique AI / ops automation consulting and self-serve SOP guides for shops and trades. Contact: hello@getpetrichor.com.

Consultation

Fees start from A$500. The exact fee for your package is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Scope is what we agree in that confirmation (typically a call plus a written map). Anything outside that is a separate agreement.
Outcomes are recommendations, not guaranteed revenue or cost savings. Your stack, staff, and follow-through decide results.
This site does not take card payment for consults. Payment details are shared after booking is confirmed.

Guides (SOP packs)

Digital, self-serve playbooks. Draft prices shown on the site (e.g. A$79 / A$49) are placeholders until the storefront is published.
When Gumroad (or another store) is live, that store’s checkout terms and refund rules apply to the purchase.
Guides are for your internal use. Don’t resell or republish the pack as your own product.
Guides are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Follow Australian law (including the Spam Act) when you message customers.

Waitlists

Joining a waitlist means you’re okay with us emailing you about that product (and related Petrichor updates). Reply to opt out anytime. See Privacy.

Australian Consumer Law

If you buy as a consumer in Australia, nothing here excludes rights you can’t lawfully waive under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we can limit liability for business services, we limit it to re-supply of the service or the fee paid for that service.

Site content

Examples on the site describe types of work, not guaranteed case-study results. Brand assets on the Brand page are for Petrichor use unless we say otherwise in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
